During the session, your team can expect: Educational Framework: The coach will provide foundational knowledge of mental performance principles, explaining how mental skills influence focus, confidence, and overall performance. This session aims to help your team better understand the mental side of competition and how it connects to physical performance. Team & Individual Support: A focus on creating a supportive environment where each team member feels heard and encouraged. The coach will guide the team through a reflective discussion to identify both collective and individual challenges, fostering understanding and communication within the group. Practical Strategies & Techniques: Learn proven mental performance strategies to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and manage emotions. Your coach will introduce effective mental skills such as visualization, positive self-talk, attention control, mindfulness practices, and goal-setting techniques—tools your team can use immediately in practice and competition. Session Length: 60 minutes Format: In-person or virtual (depending on location and availability) Who it’s for: Coaches or leaders of athletes at any level seeking to learn mental performance strategies, receive supportive guidance, and utilize sustainable mental skills.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – CS Sports Performance Thank you for choosing CS Sports Performance for your mental performance coaching needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following booking policies: Session Rate Standard Rate: $80 per 60-minute session Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Booking Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with session details. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a $40 late cancellation fee (50% of the session rate). No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full session fee of $80. Refunds Refunds are only available for sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice. If you experience technical issues or an emergency, please reach out directly to discuss potential exceptions. Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and e-transfer. Invoices or receipts are available upon request. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and conducted in a professional, supportive environment. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your written consent, unless required by law.
