Gain a deeper understanding of the mental challenges athletes face and how you, as a parent, can play a supportive role. Practical Strategies for Parents: Discover actionable strategies to help your athlete manage performance anxiety, stay motivated through setbacks, and develop a positive mindset. This includes how to foster a growth mindset, encourage self-confidence, and teach goal-setting skills that enhance performance. Supporting Through Challenges: Learn how to help your athlete cope with the pressure of competition, balance their emotional responses, and navigate the ups and downs of athletic life. We’ll also discuss how to recognize when your athlete might need extra support and how to communicate effectively during difficult times. Parent-Athlete Communication: Learn how to have supportive, open conversations with your athlete that promote trust, understanding, and a strong mental foundation. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – CS Sports Performance Thank you for choosing CS Sports Performance for your mental performance coaching needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following booking policies: Session Rate Standard Rate: $80 per 60-minute session Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Booking Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with session details. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a $40 late cancellation fee (50% of the session rate). No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full session fee of $80. Refunds Refunds are only available for sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice. If you experience technical issues or an emergency, please reach out directly to discuss potential exceptions. Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and e-transfer. Invoices or receipts are available upon request. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and conducted in a professional, supportive environment. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your written consent, unless required by law.
