Whether preparing for an important competition, overcoming group performance challenges, or improving team dynamics, these sessions are structured to meet the unique needs of your entire team. During the session, your team can expect: Team Assessment: A collaborative discussion to identify the group’s mental strengths, common performance barriers, and areas for collective growth. Group Goal-Setting & Visualization: Work together to set clear, shared goals and use visualization exercises to align the team’s mindset toward peak performance. This includes focusing on team unity and individual contributions toward success. Mental Skills Training: Learn and apply strategies that strengthen the team’s mental resilience, including focus and attention control, confidence-building exercises, mindfulness practices, emotional regulation, and pre-performance routines designed to boost group morale and individual readiness. Practical Tools: Walk away with team-specific exercises, communication practices, and actionable takeaways that will enhance both individual and collective performance throughout the season. These sessions are confidential, supportive, and designed to elevate your team’s collective mindset. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – CS Sports Performance Thank you for choosing CS Sports Performance for your mental performance coaching needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following booking policies: Session Rate Standard Rate: $80 per 60-minute session Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Booking Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with session details. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a $40 late cancellation fee (50% of the session rate). No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full session fee of $80. Refunds Refunds are only available for sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice. If you experience technical issues or an emergency, please reach out directly to discuss potential exceptions. Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and e-transfer. Invoices or receipts are available upon request. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and conducted in a professional, supportive environment. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your written consent, unless required by law.
